Hi I'm Rachel, and I'm here to help you reconnect with the most powerful version of yourself - the sensual confident and radiant women you've always been. For years, I witnessed high achieving women just like you give everything to their careers families, and responsibilities while losing touch with their own needs, desires, and joy. I know the toll this can take because I've been there myself - feeling disconnected, burnt out, and unsure how to break free from the 'good girl' narrative that society handed me. Through my own journey of healing and transformation, I discovered the incredible power of self care holistic healing, and embracing feminine energy. It's now my mission to help you rediscover your spark, align with your true desires, and live a life that feels as fulfilling as it looks. As a certified practitioner in massage therapy reflexology, chakra balancing and a trained Divine feminine healing coach I combine ancient healing practises with modern techniques to help you nurture your body, mind, and soul. Whether we work together in person or through transformational coaching, my approach is grounding in creating a safe, empowering space for you to heal, grow and thrive. Outside my practise, you can find me soaking up nature, exploring intuitive energy work, or savouring moments of joy with loved ones. I believe that every woman deserves to feel alive, connected, and unapologetically herself and I'd be honoured to walk this journey with you.
