At The Temple our offerings are sacred transmissions of energy, time, and wisdom. To honor both your commitment and the integrity of this work, the following cancellation policy applies:

1. Digital Products & Courses

• All purchases of digital courses, downloadable content, and pre-recorded offerings are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, you receive immediate access to energetic and intellectual transmissions that cannot be revoked.

2. 1:1 Sessions & Ritual Work

• Cancellations for 1:1 sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.

• If you cancel less than 48 hours before your session, you forfeit the session and no refund will be issued.

• No-shows (failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice) will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Mentorships, Memberships & Group Programs

• Due to the nature of deep transformational work, mentorships and group programs require full commitment.

• No refunds or cancellations are permitted once a program has begun.

• Payment plans are binding agreements—failure to complete payments may result in removal from the program and restriction from future offerings.

4.Retreats & Live Events

• Due to upfront costs associated with venue reservations, materials, and planning, all retreat and live event deposits are non-refundable.

• If you need to cancel, a partial credit may be available for future events, subject to discretion.

5. Exceptions & Force Majeure

In the rare event that The Temple must cancel a session, event, or offering due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, emergencies, or force majeure), you will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
