My Fertility Reflexology & Spirit Baby Sessions are designed to support you physically, emotionally, and energetically, while honouring both science and soul. This is not about forcing conception. It is about creating safety, calm, receptivity, and alignment in your body and heart. What Is Fertility Reflexology? Fertility-focused reflexology is a gentle, targeted foot reflexology session designed to support: • Nervous system regulation • Stress reduction • Hormonal balance support (wellness-based) • Pelvic circulation • Menstrual cycle comfort • Digestive and lymphatic support • Sleep and emotional wellbeing During your session, specific reflex zones are worked with intention, including: • Pituitary & endocrine reflexes • Adrenal stress-response reflexes • Uterus & ovarian reflex zones • Sacral and pelvic reflex areas • Lymphatic and digestive reflexes • Solar plexus for emotional grounding Sessions are always gentle, comfort-first, and adapted to your cycle phase or fertility treatment plan.Important: Reflexology does not diagnose, treat, cure, or guarantee conception. What Is a Spirit Baby Reading? The spirit baby portion of the session is an intuitive, heart-centered experience. In this sacred space, we may explore: • Energetic themes around motherhood • Messages of timing, patience, or preparation • Emotional blocks or fears ready to be released • Soul connection impressions • Feelings or symbolic guidance about a future child This is a reflective, intuitive layer meant to support emotional healing and spiritual connection. How a Session Flows • Grounding + nervous system regulation • Fertility-focused reflexology sequence • Pelvic and endocrine reflex work • Integration + intuitive connection • Gentle closing + journaling reflection For clients undergoing IVF or IUI, sessions are adjusted appropriately. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. If you cancel or request a reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, the session will be forfeited and is non-refundable. No shows are considered a completed session and will not be refunded or rescheduled. Now the paragraph you may request one reschedule per session if notice is given within the allowed time frame. All digital offerings, including pre-recorded programmes, rituals, meditations and workbooks, are final sale and non refundable. These are energetic transmissions, and once accessed, the codes have been delivered. Payment plans are sacred contracts and must be completed as agreed. If you withdraw early or choose not to complete the programme, no refund funds will be issued and all remaining payments remain due.
